CKD Bangle Bracelets are apart of the OUIWorks "Start the Conversation" educational program to raise awareness about chronic kidney disease (CKD), encourage people to talk about CKD with their family and friends, and to raise money to support transplant recipients and the living donors.   All Hope Expandable Series Bracelets have a custom design, no two exactly the same. Design Significance: Green  is the Kidney Awareness color. It's also one of the four colors that signifies the strength of Peritoneal Dialysis medication.  Transplant patients take medications four times per day.  The color mixture is a reminder to take medications and that transplant, like dialysis, is a treatment, not a cure for CKD.  Finally, green is the color for the Universal Recycling Symbol.  Appropriately, kidney transplant symbolies the recycle of life.  That's why the Hope Series Expandable Bracelets is  a proud sponsor of the PD Lifecycle Management Program.

The Hope Expandable (silicone) Series is currently available in size 5, which is 2.5 inches in diameter. (This is the standard bracelet size).  Since it is expandable, one size fits all.  Other sizes will be announced in the very near future.
